The enVision UTM 2025 is the Strategic Plan of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) for a five-year period, spanning from 2021 to 2025. This comprehensive plan aims to outline the university’s strategies and their implementation in a series of stages over the specified duration.

In the Q1/2022 Progress Achievement, ten (10) departments reported the progress of our institutional functional strategies, known as “The Standard Relative,” where the indicators are referred to as “HIRs” (High Impact Results).

The enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2023 Progress Report for Q1/2023 was presented at JPU Meeting Bil. 8/2023, held on May 2, 2023.

The University Strategic Management Training Session involves 17 participants from 13 Penggerak and 4 Secretariats from the Strategy Management Section.

The enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2024 Strategic Planning Briefing involves 22 participants from Ahli Jawatankuasa Universiti, JPU Members, Dean’s Faculty, Main Department and 5 Secretariats from Section of Strategy and Risk Management.

The enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2024 Strategic Review Workshop involves 107 participants from Ahli Jawatankuasa Universiti, JPU Members, Dean’s Faculty, Main Department and 7 Secretariats from Office of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.

The enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2024 Strategic Review Workshop (Series II) involves 90 participants from Ahli Jawatankuasa Universiti, JPU Members, Dean’s Faculty, Main Department and 7 Secretariats from Office of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.

The enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2024 Strategic Review Refinement Presentation was held online that involves participants from Ahli Jawatankuasa Universiti, JPU Members, Dean’s Faculty, Main Department and Secretariats from Office of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.

The Pre-Management Retreat Engagement Action Plan 2024 with 9 departments was held online that involves participants from 9 Main Departments and Secretariats from Office of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.

The Management Retreat UTM 2023 involves 77 participants from 9 main departments, representatives from 12 faculties and Secretariats from Office of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.

The Post Management Retreat Engagement involves 9 main departments and Secretariats from Strategy and Risk Management Section.

The Action Plan 2024 Confirmation Workshop involves 9 main departments, 12 faculties and Secretariats from Office of Strategy and Corporate Affairs.

The Strategic Plan Town Hall 2023 for the enVision UTM 2025 Action Plan 2024 (Moonshot 2.0) was successfully conducted online on October 30, 2023 and was attended by 559 (recorded) UTM staff and students. There were constructive discussions during the nine (9) presentation sessions in the Town Hall that contributed to the refinement of the enVision UTM 2025 Action Plan 2024.

The LPU Retreat 2023 program was successfully organized from November 30 to December 2, 2023, at Bangi Resort Hotel, Selangor, and was attended by 88 participants, including the secretariat. Throughout the program, numerous inputs and suggestions from the Board of Directors in achieving enVision UTM 2025’s success.
