UTM ASCEND 2030 Action Plan 2027 Workshop Series 4

The objectives of the workshop are:

To refine AP2027 based on feedback from Management Retreat 2026 and JPU Retreat 2026.
To review targets, priorities, and strategic actions for each Desired State (DS).
To agree on revisions and follow-up actions before LPU Retreat 2026.
