The Strategy & Corporate Affairs Office convened the Engagement Q1/2023 session involving nine (9) Key Departments in support of enVision UTM 2025 from 17 to 19 April 2023. The session served as a strategic platform to align departmental priorities with the University’s aspirations and ensure clear, measurable action plans anchored to institutional targets.

The event marked the official launch of the enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2023, outlining the University’s strategic priorities and implementation focus in driving progress towards its long-term vision.

The retreat provided a strategic platform for the University Board of Directors to deliberate on and guide the enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2023, strengthening governance oversight and strategic direction.

This workshop was convened to validate and confirm the Action Plan 2023, ensuring alignment with UTM’s strategic priorities and institutional targets. The session brought together key stakeholders to review initiatives, refine deliverables, and confirm performance indicators to support effective implementation and monitoring for the upcoming year.
