The Action Plan 2024 Confirmation Workshop was conducted to validate and finalise departmental action plans in alignment with enVision UTM 2025 strategic priorities. The session focused on confirming key initiatives, performance targets, timelines, and accountability to ensure clear execution pathways for 2024.
The workshop reinforced strategic alignment, strengthened cross-departmental coordination, and ensured all action plans are measurable, realistic, and outcome-driven in supporting the University’s overall strategic agenda.
