To review the implementation achievements of AP2026 for each Desired State (DS) under UTM ASCEND 2030.
To establish a shared context and understanding among DS Leads (Pilots), Deans, Action Groups and relevant stakeholders as the foundation for developing AP2027.
To identify performance gaps, implementation challenges and strategic priorities to be translated into the 2027 Action Plan.
To initiate the preparation of the preliminary AP2027 draft by the nine (9) Action Groups based on the template and proposed deliverables provided by PSRP.
