To review the progress of AP2026 implementation for each Desired State (DS) under UTM ASCEND 2030.
To establish a shared context and understanding among DS Leads (Pilots), Deans, Action Groups and relevant stakeholders as a foundation for the development of AP2027.
To identify performance gaps, implementation challenges and strategic priorities to be translated into the 2027 Action Plan.
To initiate the preparation of the preliminary AP2027 drafts by the nine (9) Action Groups based on the templates and proposed deliverables provided by PSRP.
