The Strategy & Corporate Affairs Office convened the Engagement Q1/2023 session involving nine (9) Key Departments in support of enVision UTM 2025 from 17 to 19 April 2023. The session served as a strategic platform to align departmental priorities with the University’s aspirations and ensure clear, measurable action plans anchored to institutional targets.
The engagement reinforced shared accountability among Key Departments in driving strategic execution, strengthening governance practices, and ensuring enVision UTM 2025 remains focused, coordinated, and outcome-driven across the University ecosystem.
