ABOUT THE program
UTM Development Strategic Planning 2026-2030
The objectives of the workshop are:
- Strategic Objective: To refine and finalize the key strategic objectives that will drive UTM’s vision and mission through to 2030.
- Desired State: To clearly define the Desired State of UTM by setting measurable annual targets for the period from 2026 to 2030.
- Effective Strategy Formation: To develop effective strategies based on the SWOT analysis conducted in previous workshops, ensuring these strategies support UTM’s success by 2030.
