ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

UTM Management Retreat 2025

The objectives of the programme are:

Refine and detail the strategic initiatives under the UTM ASCEND 2030 Action Plan 2026 (AP2026) through Action Groups with feedback from University Top Management, including JPU members, Deans, and Heads of Departments.
Produce the final draft of AP2026 for presentation to the UTM Board of Directors during the 2025 Board Retreat for review and feedback prior to endorsement.
