ABOUT THE program
UTM Development Strategic Planning 2026-2030
The objectives of the workshop are:
- Presenting the enVision UTM 2025 Action Plan 2025 (AP2025) in relation to the Departmental Strategic Plan, specifically the Key High Impact Results (Key HIRs) and Corporate Niche Strategic Plan, incorporating input from the 2024 Management Retreat and Town Hall 2024.
- Presenting the Strategic Objectives and Desired States for UTM’s Strategic Plan 2026-2030 (SP2030) along with strategic initiatives that support the university’s vision and mission.
- Gathering feedback and input from LPU members on the presented enVision UTM 2025 Action Plan 2025 (AP2025) and UTM Strategic Plan 2026-2030 (SP2030).
- Obtaining endorsement and approval from LPU members regarding the implementation of enVision UTM 2025 Action Plan 2025 (AP2025) and UTM Strategic Plan 2026-2030 (SP2030).
