UTM ASCEND 2030: Action Plan 2026 Workshop – Series III

Objectives of the 2026 Action Plan Workshop Series 3 are to:

Review and align the ideas from Workshop Series 1 and 2 based on the Secretariat’s analysis.
Develop these ideas into an action plan that is consistent with the Desired State and the strategic initiatives of UTM ASCEND 2030.
The action plan will be classified as:
1. Core – initiatives that ensure existing operations, sustainability, and improved effectiveness.
2. Growth – initiatives that drive expansion in capacity, markets, and new achievements.
3. Transformative – initiatives that involve major changes with significant impact on structure, processes, or culture.
