ABOUT THE program
UTM Development Strategic Planning 2030
The objectives of the workshop are:

Ensure a comprehensive discussion on the formulation of SP2030, focusing on Strategic Objectives, Desired States, and strategic initiatives that align with the university’s vision and mission while incorporating the latest developments.

Streamline and finalize the SP2030 draft for presentation at the UTM Board of Directors Retreat 2025 to secure feedback, validation, and approval.
