Discussions focused on risk exposure, potential impacts, and mitigation measures to support effective decision-making, accountability, and strategic governance.

The workshop reviewed key strategic factors influencing the Corporate Strategy Key Results (KRs) under enVision UTM 2025, including indicators, targets, costs, and supporting initiatives. It also identified strategic risks and mitigation actions to support the development of enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2024 and strengthen UTM’s strategic competitiveness.

The workshop reviewed key strategic factors shaping the Departmental Key High Impact Results (Key HIRs) under enVision UTM 2025, including performance indicators, targets, implementation costs, and supporting initiatives. It also identified strategic risks and appropriate mitigation actions to support the development of enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2024.
