Chaired by Prof. Dr. Shamsul bin Sahibuddin, the Phase III workshop focused on refining and finalising UTM’s Strategic Objectives for the Strategic Plan 2026–2030. Building on earlier SWOT analyses, participants defined UTM’s Desired State and established measurable annual targets from 2026 to 2030 to drive the University’s long-term success.
