The enVision UTM 2025: Action Plan 2025 Strategic Review Workshop was convened on July 1, 2024, at the Banquet Hall of the Sultan Ibrahim Chancellery Building, UTM Johor Bahru.
The objectives of the workshop were to:
- Review the Key High Impact Results (Key HIRs) and Corporate Key Results (KRs), encompassing achievement indicators, targets, implementation costs, strategic risks, and supporting initiatives.
- Assess the progress of the 2024 Action Plan implementation and identify necessary updates to ensure the achievement of the enVision UTM 2025 goals through the development of the 2025 Action Plan.
The workshop was honored by the presence of the Vice-Chancellor of UTM, YBhg. Prof. Datuk Ir. Ts. Dr. Ahmad Fauzi Ismail, the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, members of the University Management Committee, Faculty Deans, Chairpersons of the Research Alliance and Heads of University Departments.
