FSTEP offers an intensive 1-year training programme covering four banking/insurance streams: Conventional banking, Investment banking, Islamic banking, Insurance/Takaful. All successful participants will be paid a minimum of RM 2,200 by the sponsoring banks or Insurance/takaful companies.
