(Leading to the Concept of Multiple Regression Analysis)
The aim of this video lesson is to make it easier for students to understand an introduction to the concept of Multiple Regression Analysis, MRA, based on a property valuation setting. In order to facilitate students' understanding, a scaffolding method is used whereby students are first exposed to basic equations. Over the course of the lesson, students are led to understand how MRA can be used to solve problems involving more than two equations.
