The annoucement was made by State Secretary Datuk Ismail Karim as soon as the match between JDT and Sarawak ended with a 1-0 win during the match held at Stadium Negeri Sarawak. "The public holiday had the royal consent by Sultan of Johor Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar," he said.
