International Doctoral Fellowship (IDF) Application SPS, UTM will be offering the International Doctoral Fellowship (IDF) to qualified International PhD students who are in the 2nd to 6th semester for this Session 2013/2014 – Sem 1. Application is open from 9 to 20 September 2013. The terms and conditions are in the SPS website at: http://www.sps.utm.my/sps/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=222&Itemid= Successful candidate will received RM 3,000 per semester for 2 consecutive semesters (up to 6th semester only).
