UTM, IRDA & JICA-JST has collaborated in launching UTM-Low Carbon Asia Research Centre which is located in Faculty of Built Environment, UTM Johor Bahru.

The launching of this centre is another significant milestone in the Japan-Malaysia relationship which involving UTM, IRDA, NIES-Kyoto Univ and sponsored by Japan International Cooperation Agency-Japan Science Technology Fund (JICA-JST).
