International Doctoral Fellowship (IDF) Application SPS, UTM will be offering the International Doctoral Fellowship (IDF) to qualified International PhD students who are in the 2nd to 6th semester for this Session 2013/2014 – Sem 1. Application is open from 9 to 20 September 2013. Due to limited funding, only 300 candidates will be offered and selection will be based on publications affiliated with supervisor and UTM only.
