UTM’s Vice-Chancellor visit to Meiji University, Tokyo was very fruitful. UTM has a Satellite Office at Meiji. On top of presenting a keynote address, i also met President H. Naya and his management team, as well as other guests of Meiji. We were deeply engrossed on global initiatives. For Japan, global means their people are going global and be able to communicate in English, and able to be more integrated with global community. UTM is the closest Meiji’s partner for that initiative
