The International University Carnival on Elearning – IUCEL 2016 will be held on 20th – 21st September 2016 at Dewan Sultan Iskandar, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. IUCEL 2016 is a showcase of e-Learning technologies, products and best practices to empower teaching and learning innovations.
