UTM Council of Professor was constituted after getting an approval from UTM Executive Committee Meeting which was held on 6th November 2008. It is located at the third floor of Sultan Ibrahim Chancellery Administration Building.  A lounge look- alike- living room provided to professors having informal discussions, apart from a meeting room which can support ten persons in a time. The room is open for reservation, and there are also two rooms reserved for the visiting professors to be used when necessary.
