Sustainable Transportations (LL7)
Concept of sustainable transport in UTM will emphasize on few strategies:
- Improving the Public Transport (UTM Shuttle Bus) within campus and Public (State of Johor Free Shuttle) interconnection to an external road of UTM campus
- Enhancing the Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0) platforms through the implementation of UTM Bus Tracking System (as similar like GRABS) and Shuttle Bus Operating Schedule
- Promoting an eco-lifestyle campus experience to the campus stakeholders via providing a comprehensive plan on pedestrian walk, OKU amenities, TELEPOD-UTM Initiatives, Electric Bike SER1M, and Electric Vehicle/e-Cars
- Encouraging the full utilization of public transport services (pool efforts) and pedestrians walk to the academic buildings, rather than private transportation
