The UTM Management Retreat 2024, held from August 22nd to 24th at the Grand Hibiscus Ballroom in the Swiss Garden Hotel, gathered the University\u2019s top management, including JPU members, Faculty Deans, and Department Heads, to refine and finalize the key strategic frameworks guiding UTM’s future. The retreat, honored by the presence of UTM Vice-Chancellor YBhg. Prof. Datuk Ir. Ts. Dr. Ahmad Fauzi Ismail focused on ensuring clarity and precision in the departmental Key High Impact Results (Key HIRs), Corporate Key Results (KRs), and strategic risks under the enVision UTM 2025 Action Plan (AP2025). Additionally, participants engaged in in-depth discussions to refine the UTM Strategic Plan 2026-2030 (SP2030), establishing clear Strategic Objectives and Desired States. The outcome of this retreat will contribute to the final drafts of AP2025 and SP2030, which will be presented to the Board of Directors for review and feedback at the UTM Board of Directors Retreat 2024 before final approval.<\/p>\n
