The CIMB ASEAN Stock Challenge is back!<\/p>\n
This is a regional stock trading competition for university students from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand to gain \u201dhands-on\u201d experience of cross-border trading in four major stock exchanges of ASEAN. <\/p>\n
University students from Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand will be able to trade virtually on all four (4) exchanges – Bursa Malaysia, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) and Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).<\/p>\n
This is the first stock trading competition that incorporates trading across major ASEAN stock exchanges. Participants will experience the excitement of buying and selling stocks in a fully simulated environment. In its 4th year, the competition offers bigger cash prizes, with the finalist teams set to walk away with a total of US$28,000 cash!<\/p>\n
This year CIMB Group is collaborating with TalentCorp to reach out to more students giving them opportunities to showcase their talent for stock trading.<\/p>\n
Who can join the competition?<\/p>\n
Open to undergraduates in all disciplines from public and private universities.
Each team must consist of 2 to 4 participants from the same university.<\/p>\n
