We have completed our update\u00a0 of the UTM Professors database. Our relationship with Majlis Profesor Negara\u00a0 will be enhanced. We will endeavour to realise our tagline; THINK &amp; LEAD, FIKIR &amp; PIMPIN.<\/span><\/h5>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The organisational structure of MPU will be improved and \u00a0more appropriate staff will be requested for MPU.\u00a0 Communication channels will be\u00a0 varied, including using the social media on top of the email group. Initiatives will be made to improve the sense of belonging among members to MPU.\u00a0 There is also a need for MPU to seek additional financial sources to fund its activities.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>INCREASE OUR VALUE ADDED SERVICES TO UTM AND SOCIETY<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">MPU and its members will continue to provide value added services to UTM. These are services beyond their normal call of duty as stipulated in their KPIs. Within its advisory capacity, MPU will assist in initiating ideas, suggestions, proposals \u00a0for the University management.\u00a0 MPU will also give its views on University current and future plans.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #ff0000\"><strong>PROVIDE LEADERSHIP IN KNOWLEDGE AND\u00a0 EXPERTISE TO SOCIETY<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">MPU is a collection of the best talent pool in UTM. These great minds should be able to provide leadership to the society, commenting on issues in the society.\u00a0 MPU members must actively follow issues related to their expertise and ready to provide inputs and advice to the relevant parties. This is inline with our tagline; THINK &amp; LEAD, FIKIR &amp; PIMPIN.
