The various topics he proposed, including \u201cCultural China\u201d, \u201cDialogue Among Civilizations\u201d, \u201cReflection on the Enlightenment Mentality\u201d, and \u201cThird Epoch of Confucian Humanism\u201d, have widely and deeply influenced the international community of scholars and intellectuals. For his various contributions, Professor Tu has been honored with the 9th Lee Toyege Award for Research in 2001, the United Nation\u2019s Award on Ecology and Religion in 2002, among numerous international awards.
