Please allow at least 4-5 months before the start of semester (our semester begins twice a year, February and September) for the admission process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Email your <span><strong>Resume\/CV<\/strong> and your <strong>Statement of I<\/strong><\/span><strong>ntentions<\/strong> to continue your study at CASIS to <a href=\"mailto:casis@ic.utm.my\">casis@utm.my<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Write a 2 or 3 page of <strong>Research Proposal<\/strong> that includes the:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Proposed Title<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Problem Statement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Objectives of Study<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Significance of study and <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Literature Survey of related works.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">If all of the above are satisfactory, we will call you for an interview with the Director and all the academic staffs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">The outcome of the interview will determine if you are qualified to proceed with your online UTM application.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Refer to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sps.utm.my\">www.sps.utm.my<\/a>\u00a0for live update on this semester\u2019s intake and check application deadline.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Read the \u201cRegistration Kit for Postgraduate Student\u201d in the SPS site.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Our MA program code is MLPGA3AKA and PhD program code is PLPGA3AKA under the School of Graduate Studies (SPS)*<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><i>*CASIS was a faculty under Faculty of Islamic Civilization (FTI) in 2011-mid 2014. But in JUNE 2014, we have undergone change in management and are now situated under SPS (School of Graduate Studies). The lecturers teaching in CASIS are not the same as the ones in FTI.
